Small Business Issues

NCPA's members are primarily small business owners. As small business owners and employers, they are concerned about government legislation and regulations that negatively impact small business. Generally, NCPA members, as business owners and employers, are concerned about tax issues and employer-based health insurance requirements that may impact them. Presently, small business issues are a particularly important topic to independent community pharmacies because of the many new rules and regulations being promulgated as a result of the 2010 health care reform legislation.
