NCPA Legislative Defense Fund

This vital resourse is the warchest of our government affairs efforts. The Legislative Defense Fund, or LDF, funds grassroots advocacy, politicial advertising, independent research and litigation.

NCPA PAC

The NCPA Political Action Committee, NCPAPAC, works to build a "community pharmacy majority" on Capitol Hill by supporting the re-election of our friends and allies in Congress. Thanks to dedicated support from our members, NCPAPAC has grown to be the largest pharmacy organization PAC, and is among the top 50 association PACs nationwide.

PBM Resources

Don't let the insurance company middleman negatively impact your bottom line. NCPA encourages you to seek legislation to regulate the PBMs in your state. Model state legislation, a listing of state laws concerning PBMs, a listing of lawsuits involving them and other resources are available for your use.

Grassroots Network

From over 40,000 contacts to Capitol Hill, to 1000 of letters to the editor, our grassroots network is driving the community pharmacy message to Congress. Clear messages coupled with the quick and concerted response of our pharmacist members has made community pharmacy a considerable political force which has gotten the attention of policy makers and helped to secure key legislative victories.
