Welcome to NCPA's monthly Exhibitor Bulletin! Over the next several months, this newsletter will serve as a valuable resource for information regarding NCPA's 114th Annual Convention & Trade Exposition.
Editorial Highlights
2012 Exhibit Hours and Location

San Diego Convention Center, Hall A, B1:
Sunday October 14, 2012
Exhibit Hours: 1:30 p.m. until 6 p.m. (with reception)
Monday October 15, 2012
Exhibit Hours: 12 Noon until 4:00 p.m. (with lunch)
Tuesday October 16, 2012
Exhibit Hours: 11:00 a.m. until 2:30 p.m. (with lunch) (new hours)

Online Exhibitor Housing is Now Open:
This year, NCPA's official hotel is the Marriott Marquis, San Diego. Housing reservations are going directly through Marriott. Please click here to reserve your hotel room and select Exhibitor Hotel Reservation.

Exhibitor Badge Allotment:
NCPA's registration company is Convention Data Services. You will receive [or you should have already received] your password to enter your booth personnel. The link to access this information is: https://www.xpressreg.net/register/ncpa102/exhibitor/login.asp

Corporate members receive three (3) badges for every 10x10 booth. Non-members receive two (2) badges. Extra badges are available for purchase at a rate of $495/each, and are good for the entire conference.

Exhibit Booth Assignment and Exhibitor Service Kits:
Exhibitor booth assignments will be made after the application deadline in mid-July and you should receive your booth number before the end of July.

Once again, NCPA's General Service Contractor is Levy Exposition Services. Levy will be making service kits available online to all exhibitors. Instructions and website information will be e-mailed out by the end of July. In our effort to go green and conserve, everything will be available electronically, rather than printed into binders.

NCPA's Official Vendors:
Every year we find there are a ton of companies trying to solicit our exhibitors for their business. Therefore, it is important to highlight the official vendors:

  • General Service Contractor: Levy Exposition Services

  • Registration Company: Convention Data Services

  • Official Hotel: Marriott Marquis & Marina, San Diego (hotel reservations made directly with hotel)

The Exhibitor Service Kit that is mailed out also highlights a list of companies that are approved vendors for the show.

NEW For 2012: Exhibitor-Only Workshop
For the first time ever, NCPA is offering an exclusive workshop just for exhibitors. The workshop will be led by NCPA's Senior Director of Store Operations and Marketing, Gabe Trahan:

  • Session Title:
    Thanks for the Pens

  • Brief Description:
    Selling can be tough, but being informed about customer needs can make it much easier. Sometimes a pharmacy owner's true reason for not buying your product seems like a big secret. If you would like help turning "not interested" or "thanks for the pens" into sales and reorders then NCPA has something for you.

  • More information, including date, time and location, will be forthcoming.
