NCPA's registration company is Convention Data Services, you will receive or you should have received your password to enter your booth personnel. The link to access this information is:
Corporate members for every 10x10 booth, receive 3 badges with their booth fee. Non-members receive two badges. Extra badges are available for purchase and they are $495 each, and are for the full conference.
NCPA's official General Contractor is Levy Exposition Services, to access the online exhibitor service kit please do the following:
Go to www.levyshow.com.
Then click online ordering and register as a new exhibitor. From there follow the instructions to register and create a log in password etc. The show code is NCPA2012.
Unfortunately it looks like every year there are companies out there soliciting our exhibitors for their business. Levy Exposition Services is our official General Contractor, in the Exhibitor Service Manual there are a list of companies that are our vendors for this show.
Convention Data Services is our official Registration company.
Our official hotel this year is the Marriot Marquis & Marina in San Diego, it is next to the convention center and registration is made directly with the hotel.
For the first time ever, NCPA is offering an exclusive workshop just for exhibitors. The workshop will be led by NCPA's Senior Director of Store Operations and Marketing, Gabe Trahan:

Selling can be tough, but being informed about customer needs can make it much easier. Sometimes a pharmacy owner's true reason for not buying your product seems like a big secret. If you would like help turning "not interested" or "thanks for the pens" into sales and reorders then NCPA has something for you.

During the presentation, Gabe may reference your product or service and provide specific feedback to your question.

Attendee Opt-in list:
NCPA doesn't release its attendee nor its member list. In order to go around this policy, we are asking attendees that register for the show to opt-in to receive information from Exhibitors. A month out from the show you will be receiving the opt-in list, which is good for one mailing/email to the list. I will follow up after the show with another list.
