NCPA Deadline Extended for NCPA 2010-2011 Executive Residency in Association Management

Interested in an Executive Residency in Association Management? The NCPA Executive Residency in Association Management application deadline has been extended to Friday, March 26, 2010.

As a new pharmacy school graduate, you will be prepared for an exciting career in the profession of pharmacy, but the NCPA Executive Residency in Association Management is a springboard into a career of association work that will provide you with distinction as a future leader in the health care field. As a resident, you will work on short and long-term projects developed to gain an understanding of the different departments in NCPA, including the management institute, government affairs, conventions and meetings, communications, student affairs, and the executive office.

Good Neighbor Pharmacy NCPA Pruitt-Schutte Student Business Plan Competition

If you have not started working on your business plan, it's not too late! The Good Neighbor Pharmacy NCPA Pruitt-Schutte Student Business Plan Competition helps young pharmacy entrepreneurs develop the blueprint necessary for buying an existing independent community pharmacy or developing a new pharmacy. You could also win a trip to the 2010 NCPA Annual Convention in Philadelphia, PA and the 2011 Multiple Locations Conference in Palm Springs, CA!

NCPA Outstanding Member of the Year Award

Nomination for NCPA Outstanding Member of the Year Award deadline is March 1, 2010. Please submit one recipient from your chapter to receive this award. Each active NCPA student chapter can nominate one member for this award. This individual must be an active member of NCPA who has contributed to the continued success of their NCPA student chapter. Each recipient will receive a plaque from the NCPA Foundation in recognition of this award. The application is available for download.
