Click on the button "Continue" after all fields are filled in.
Depending upon the selections, found search results in FAQ and KnowledgeBase databases appear first (done by using fuzzy logic search algorithms based upon inquiry details).
If the inquirer's question could not be answered by the FAQ and KnowledgeBase search, the inquiry can be posted for Mentor interaction.
