Director, State Government Affairs
National Professional Association representing community pharmacists seeks a Director of State Government Affairs. Individual will be responsible for helping to manage association's state government affairs program, including monitoring and analyzing legislation and regulation that affects community pharmacy; building relationships with state policymakers and political organizations representing state elected officials; and working with state pharmacy associations. Knowledge of state government, Medicaid, health care, insurance industry preferred. Some travel required, advanced degree preferred.
