What makes your pharmacy standout from the competition?
Customer service and the people who work at our pharmacies care.
What are your biggest challenges?
Third party payment benefit managers.
Describe a recent, rewarding experience with a patient:
Buster the cat is owned by Mrs. P. Buster has cancer and not expected to live. Buster would not take his medicine and our compounding lab created a dosage form and flavor that Buster approved of. He is 16 years old and still hunting! Mrs. P. tells everyone that we saved Buster's life! She also says he will outlive her and she has willed Buster to me if she dies first!
How has NCPA helped your business?
Multiple ways! CE is always helpful, but the real value is networking with other successful independents. We never miss NCPA!
