Building your dream compounding practice whether it is a redesign of your current practice or a build out for a brand new operation is a huge and exciting undertaking. This program will discuss budgets, timelines, floor plans, as well as, pros and cons of insurance and hybrid or compounding only as a business model. The speakers are peers who bring their own successes, failures, challenges and lessons learned from their own journey between dream and reality.
