Inventory is revenue waiting to happen, and all too often your store's most valuable real estate is not helping pay your bills. This session takes aim at giving you the know-how you need to make the category placement and product choices that pay the rent. Learn why you have to carry more than one and when to carry none. This program helps you with practical advice on how to read a plan-o-gram and what to do to suit the plan to your front end. How do you capitalize on the top 10 to 20 items in each category? What about price changes—understand why you have to do price changes and the mechanics of getting it done.
