But what is employee engagement and how do companies put it into practice? In addition how does generational diversity factor into engagement and what should you know about the impact of the generations on working and personal relationships? By traditional definition your age defines your generation but what are the differences between the generations and how can understanding the differences work to your advantage? This presentation will provide understanding of the following:
