Are you collecting patient emails in your pharmacy? What are you doing with them? Having patient emails at your fingertips can be a powerful means of communicating with your customers and improving your pharmacy’s relationship with the community. Pharmacy peers will share with you what e-marketing tactics works in their stores including Yelp reviews, google places, and analytics, and will share how they collect emails, initial barriers they experienced, and programs they have initiated with these emails including newsletters, loyalty reward program, and even marketing to doctors.
