The NCPA Key Member program was re-established in 2003 by the Communications Committee as a way for NCPA members to further serve independent pharmacy and to construct a grassroots network.
Key Members act as ambassadors for NCPA and independent community pharmacy with potential NCPA members, pharmacy students, legislators, and others.
"As you all know, our voice is only as powerful as our numbers. We need every independent pharmacist to be counted among our ranks, especially as we conquer issues such as Medicare reform, PBMs, and mail order."
—Donnie Calhoun and Keith Hodges, former Communications Committee Co-Chair
