The Independent Pharmacy Matching Service (IPMS) provides both buyers and sellers of independent community pharmacies with the ability to connect in a confidential and discreet environment in which they can exchange information about the proposed purchase or sale of a pharmacy.
IPMS has partnered with a professional firm of pharmacists and financial industry experts (Buy-Sellapharmacy.com®) who will assist pharmacy buyers and sellers in connecting with each other to discuss possible transactions. These experienced professionals can help you:
- Evaluate your pharmacy based on traditional financial parameters and current marketplace activities.
- List your pharmacy confidentially on the IPMS website in order to attract inquiries from potential buyers.
- Provide you with assistance in locating a suitable pharmacy to purchase.
- Offer assistance and guidance in negotiating a transaction, should either party desire it.
- Assist with financing the acquisition of a pharmacy for financially qualified buyers.
There are many other services available to help you with the sale or purchase of a pharmacy.
The IPMS Subscriber Fees
NCPA Members (pharmacy owners) who decide to list their pharmacy on the IPMS website pay the discounted fee of $750.00 ($1,350 non-members) for the following services:
- A personal conference with an IPMS professional to discuss the potential sale of their pharmacy.
- A professional evaluation of their pharmacy, based on a review of financial and operational information and comparable sales in the marketplace.
- Preparation and posting of listing information to present the pharmacy to potential buyers.
- A one-year listing on the IPMS website.
