NCPA, FBI LEEDA and Purdue Pharma's RxPatrol® are partners in Protect Your Pharmacy Now!, an initiative to combat crimes against pharmacies by improving their safety and security. The partners have declared the third week in April as Protect Your Pharmacy Week (April 19-23, 2010) and encourage pharmacies in all practice settings to take steps to protect staff and patients from pharmacy crime, including prescription drug theft. NCPA members have free access to information, marketing materials and discounts to improve pharmacy security
