IN-STORE VISITS

ONE-DAY VISITS
PLUS 6 Months of Follow-Up Support

Cost: $2,100 plus transportation, lodging, and meals

During a typical visit, Gabe will spend time with you discussing your challenges, concerns, and goals for the future. Then the assessment begins! Gabe will start in your parking lot and finish in the backroom, leaving no fixture or end-cap unturned. During the assessment, Gabe will review:

  • Realistic ways to improve your store's curbside presence.

  • Where the most profitable sections of your store are and which products should be located in this prime real estate.

  • Merchandising opportunities that can be applied to your seasonal, candy & snack, gift, greeting card, home/school supplies, check-out counter(s), toy, and/or dollar departments.

  • Recommendations for your OTC and private label department inventory—what's missing and what should be cut.

  • Suggestions for new pricing strategies, if needed.

  • Easy changes to transform your DME section into a "Home Comfort and Safety Center."

Gabe will take plenty of notes and photos during his visit to put together a detailed action plan for your store that includes a plan for profit, steps to increase planned, impulse, and companion sales, and a new floor plan, if needed. TWO-DAY VISITS
PLUS 6 Months of Follow-Up Support

Cost: $2,750 plus transportation, lodging, and meals

In addition to all of the benefits of a one-day visit, during a two-day store visit Gabe will review:

  • How to successfully merchandise an end-cap or a small OTC department through a live re-merchandising project with you and your staff. Seeing is believing: employees will be inspired by a before-and-after demonstration of effective merchandising techniques.

  • How to create compelling signs that sell product.

  • How to develop a marketing plan and improve your current media advertisements (if applicable).

  • Optional: One- to two-hour customizable seminar to engage and train your pharmacy team on merchandising, customer service, and more (additional cost: $200).

Gabe's visit also includes plenty of one-on-one time with the store owner(s), manager(s), and merchandiser(s) to address questions and concerns. You will receive a detailed action plan for your store that includes a plan for profit, steps to increase planned, impulse, and companion sales, and a new floor plan, if needed. THREE-DAY VISITS

VIRTUAL VISITS

Existing Stores (Cost: $1,800)
New Stores (New Build Out) (Cost: $1,500)

Don't have time to schedule an in-store visit with Gabe? Consider a virtual visit and target the areas you need help with the most.

How it works:
You will be asked to take digital photos of your store and upload them to a file-sharing website. Gabe will provide step-by-step guidance on what to photograph to ensure no corner is missed.

Next, Gabe will send you a packet of forms to compete regarding store background information, examples of your retail OTC pricing, and more.

Finally, you will be asked to provide a detailed drawing of your store (for an example of a hand-drawn floor plan, click here).

Gabe will schedule an initial phone call (approx. one hour) to discuss your questions and concerns. Then the assessment begins! From the parking lot to the backroom, no fixture or end-cap will be left unturned. Based on your photos, forms, and phone conversation, Gabe will examine your retail pricing strategies, floor plan, category sizes, department placement, end-cap merchandising, check-out, and non-traditional OTC departments, such as DME, school supplies, food and snacks, cards, and/or gifts.

You will receive a detailed action plan for your store that includes a plan for profit, steps to increase planned, impulse, and companion sales, and a new floor plan, if needed. PLUS, you receive six months of follow-up support from Gabe to ensure you're on the right track to success.
