Protect Your Pharmacy Now!
April 10, 2008

New sections have been created in preparation for Protect Your Pharmacy Week during April 14-18 sponsored by NCPA, FBI LEEDA, and Purdue Pharma's RxPATROL®. This partnership was established to encourage pharmacists in all practice settings to take steps to protect staff and patients from pharmacy crime, including prescription drug theft.

The public page includes an audio file of the press conference announcing the Protect Your Pharmacy Now! initiative and an overview of what is included in a "Protect Your Pharmacy" toolkit. NCPA members can login to a separate section that allows them to download the "Protect Your Pharmacy" toolkit and access information on acquiring discounted security equipment.
