Once more, with feeling: Share DIR comments with CMS

by NCPA | Dec 18, 2018

You're probably one of the more than 96 percent of NCPA members who tell us eliminating the retroactive application of DIR fees is a top priority. That's exactly what provisions in a recently proposed drug pricing rule from CMS, Modernizing Part D and Medicare Advantage to Lower Drug Prices and Reduce Out-of-Pocket Expenses, would do. But the rule is only a proposal at this point, and we want to make sure it's finalized. Send your comments to CMS in support of the proposed DIR provisions.

NCPA has created sample comments that you can easily and quickly submit through our grassroots portal. It is vital that as many comments as possible are submitted prior to the Jan. 25 deadline to compel the administration to finalize their proposals concerning pharmacy price concessions. Don't wait until the last minute. Submit your comments now!

NCPA has developed more resources and background information you can use to learn more yourself, or to engage your patients. There are also sample patient comments available that they can submit through the NCPA portal. As beneficiaries, their voices and support are critical! Access these materials on our resources webpage.
