NCPA's take on recent CMS final rule

Last week, CMS announced its final rule, Modernizing Part D and Medicare Advantage to Lower Drug Prices and Reduce Out-of-Pocket Expenses. Most notably, CMS declined to take the opportunity to reform pharmacy DIR.
