Pharmacy Health IT Collaborative publishes two new guides

by NCPA | Jun 14, 2019

The Pharmacy Health IT Collaborative has announced the publication of two new guides for pharmacies and pharmacy technology partners: "Guidance for use of Transitional Care and Chronic Care Management CPT Codes," and "Health IT System Requirements for Pharmacists to Document Chronic Care Management Services." NCPA is a founding member of the Pharmacy Health IT Collaborative, which exists to ensure the pharmacist's role of providing patient-care services is integrated into the National HIT interoperable framework. Pharmacists interested in being nominated to participate in the workgroups that produce these documents should contact Lisa Schwartz.
