Online contraception certification now available

by NCPA | Aug 12, 2019

More states are passing legislation to allow pharmacists to prescribe self-administered hormonal contraception to women. In partnership with the NCPA Innovation Center, Oregon State University is offering a comprehensive online contraceptive education and certification training program designed to help pharmacists as they prescribe and monitor these medications. Nine states are on board so far; check here to see if the program is available in your state. (For special NCPA member pricing, use code NCPA100 during registration and save $100.) For more information about the program, email Carlie Traylor at NCPA.
